Product Story
When Purity Becomes the Standard
In high-end electronics manufacturing, every micron of impurity can affect the reliability of the entire system. CIVEN Metal high-precision pure copper foil contains at least 99.99% copper, a figure that reflects our relentless pursuit of excellence in raw material selection, melting control and rolling.
When copper foil just 9 microns thick is etched into fine traces, its surface finish directly determines trace integrity and signal transmission stability. Our rolled-annealed (RA) process gives the material a fibrous crystal structure that maintains excellent fatigue resistance under repeated bending, the core property that flexible circuit boards and foldable devices depend on.
More importantly, we understand the real challenges our downstream customers face: adhesion problems in coating, oxidation and discoloration during high-temperature reflow, and surface degradation after long-term storage. That is why every roll of CIVEN high-precision pure copper foil undergoes dual surface treatment: degreasing ensures excellent coating adhesion, while passivation keeps the color unchanged at transient temperatures of 110°C.
From thickness tolerance of ±1 μm to width tolerance of ±0.1 mm, these numbers are not cold technical specs but our commitment to consistency in every batch we deliver. For high-volume electronics manufacturers, material stability is what keeps production lines efficient.
